By using DNC Sports Club’s website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, effective March 16, 2025.

Use of Services
Follow safety guidelines, including:

• No running or diving in shallow water.
• No alcohol or drugs on premises.
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Access is only during booked slots; late arrivals may be denied.
• Report accidents immediately; management can refuse entry for rule violations.
  You acknowledge we comply with all applicable laws, including safety standards for swimming pools.

Code of Conduct

• Wear proper swimwear; no street clothes in the pool area.
• Follow lifeguard instructions; no smoking or vaping.
• No photography without consent; respect others’ privacy.
• Supervise children; parents are responsible for their behavior.

Limitation of Liability
We’re not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings. You use services at your own risk, acknowledging inherent risks, and we recommend insurance coverage.

Updates to Terms
We may update terms periodically; continued use implies acceptance of changes.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Governed by Indian laws, and disputes are resolved in Baramati, Maharashtra courts.
