Booking & Payments

Book online via our website; full payment required at booking using credit/debit cards, UPI. You’ll receive a confirmation email. Payments are non-refundable except as specified below.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancel at least 24 hours before to avoid charges; reschedule up to 24 hours prior, subject to availability, via website or customer support.

Entry & Pool Usage
Arrive 10 minutes early for check-in; late arrivals won’t get extra time. Management can cancel for safety or rule violations.

Health & Safety
No pool access if you have contagious illnesses; wear proper swimwear. Children under 12 need an adult (18+, able to swim) supervision.

Refund Policy
No refunds for no-shows or cancellations under 24 hours. For club cancellations (e.g., maintenance), we’ll reschedule or refund within 7 business days. Medical emergencies considered case-by-case.
